Valerie Fert – Mileva co-designer – Analysis and Foresight Historian, Valerie works on the future. Trained in the study of ancient Semitic languages, she translates the answers provided by the advanced artificial intelligence system Mileva. For a long-time journalist, she devises new approaches of information. She is the first point of contact for customers who need specific analyses. She is also the president of GMAP, a private research organisation dedicated to the analysis and foresight of the 21st century major transformations. She co-authored with Thierry Lorho and Prof. Urs Luterbacher « Predicting Crises and Monitoring their Evolution », in « International Journal of Peace Economics and Peace Science » (Cambridge Scholars Publishing). Valerie is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes. |

Thierry Lorho – Mileva principal designer Thierry is a computer engineer and information scientist, expert in artificial intelligence and the quantum approach of information theory and the decision theory. He is a graduate of the Institut Mines-Telecom and holds a MBA of Paris-Dauphine University. Beside his works on the advanced artificial intelligence system Mileva, he has 25 years of experience in the banking information services with a leading European IT Consultancy. He conducts researches with Prof. Urs Luterbacher (Graduate Institute of International Studies and Development). Both co-authored « Predicting Crises and Monitoring their Evolution », in « International Journal of Peace Economics and Peace Science » (Cambridge Scholars Publishing). |

Prof. Urs Luterbacher – Statistician and political scientist (international relations) Honorary Professor at the Graduate Institute of International Studies and Development (Geneva), Urs is a senior fellow of the Centre for Finance and Development funded by the Pictet Foundation. He applies the game, decision, expected utility theories and the signal theory to the conflict issues and impacts of the global climate change. One of his upcoming publication is « Global Change Policy : Actors, Concepts and Enduring Challenges » co-authored with Detlef Sprinz, MIT Press. Since 2011, he contributes to Mileva’s evolution by implementing statistical methods of verification and various theoritecal approaches. For instance, he entered the types 1 and 2 errors into the system, which allow to refine the probability of the forecasts. Lucia Levoto Lucia is the perfect person to guide your teams' first steps in using the Mileva AI system. Her scientific background (physics) and coaching experience allow her to approach technical questions as well as nurture the relationship intelligence of the team while facilitating sharing of individual expectations and preferences. Her specificity as a coach is rooted in her scientific training and experience and also in the attention she has paid to the human aspect throughout her professional career and in a wide range of situations and environments such as oil and gas industry, scientific research, technical communication, higher education, in-company training and mentoring of doctoral students and young colleagues. Her passion is to create links and make projects emerge and materialise by activating collective intelligence. She is also engaged in the promotion of women in science. In 2017, she founded LUSVAL to promote the emergence of meaningful and collaborative work environments by enhancing the potential of people and teams. Roberto Bonino Roberto is dedicated to integrate new approaches to complexity within and around organizations. He enthusiastically adopted Mileva as the premier tool to understand the interaction of disparate agents interacting in multi-stakeholder environments. An entrepreneur, a researcher and an educator, Roberto contributed to the creation and development of several start-ups in the technological, educational and social fields. His research activity in Physics (Dottore in Fisica, University La Sapienza Rome 1980) focused on detector development and data acquisition for High Energy experiments at Cern. He worked for institutions like the University of California at Los Angeles, University of Birmingham or the University of Geneva. Moving towards education in the management field (MBA, International University in Geneva, 2004) he taught Management information systems, E-marketing and Entrepreneurship and assumed administrative responsibilities as IT department coordinator. He combined his entrepreneurial spirit with his interest for technology and education through the launch of business ventures in the area of web development (Adance, 1996), career transition (futura21, Geneva, 2012) and education (UBIS University of Business and International Studies, Geneva 2006) and (Hume Institute for Postgraduate Studies, Lausanne 2021). Drawing from his experience in management and entrepreneurship, Roberto is active in designing and promoting innovative organizational approaches through a new venture (LUSVAL, Paris 2017). His approach combines tools and platforms in the fields of Collective Intelligence, Competency Management, Design Thinking, Agility and Artificial Intelligence, to place individual and organizational consciousness at the core of the organizational strategy. Roberto is also president of Action for Development, a Swiss-based NGO he joined in 2013, active in the medical, educational and humanitarian fields in Afghanistan. |

Sonia Eyaan Sonia has more than 15 years’ experience in strategy, politics, journalism and communication. She was Deputy General Commissioner of the France Pavilion to Expo 2019 Beijing, Parliamentary Collaborator, Managing Director of a media on sustainable development, marketing consultant and Political Advisor in Canada. She has in-depth knowledge of sustainable and ethical development challenges and opportunities and she is interested in analysis of societal changes and multi-partner project design. Sonia is also Vice-President of the Alliance pour Vivre Durablement endowment fund. Sonia holds a master's degree from the School of Media at the University of Quebec at Montreal, a master's degree in economics from the University of Paris XI and vocational training from the School of Mines. |
